5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and working conditions.
- Payment terms for recruitment services are as agreed in the service contract between the Company and the Client.
- Clients must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the UAE and relevant jurisdictions.
6. Intellectual Property
